location: the hotel was just off fast food restaurants and gas station, downtown and jackson and ann arbor. the room we had included a flat-screen tv with satellite channels, a microwave and a fridge. the staff were professional throughout 1 day of our stay.

my recent stay in chelsea was just as amazing as before, but this time at a romantic comfort inn. the staff exceeded all expectations, going above and beyond to make our stay perfect. we loved the comfy beds, 24-hour juice and coffee, warm pool, and freshly stocked breakfast. extremely satisfied!

Inconsistent housekeeping service, as we didn't receive any refills on toiletries during our 5-night stay. A strict housekeeping policy that prevented the staff from making the bed if there were any personal items left on it.
